Where can we meet you?
Our offices are at 200 avenue Vendôme, 84130 Le Pontet. Property visits are by appointment, on site.
My property is in a flood zone: does that matter for the survey?
For a valuation, the classification under the flood risk prevention plan is one of the regulatory factors taken into account. For defects, it sheds light on the context, without being an explanation on its own.
