Expert assessment request form
The information entered in the form (surname, first name, telephone, email, town, type of assessment, message and attached photographs) is used solely to answer your request and prepare the assignment. It is sent to the firm by email and is not stored on the website. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Correspondence is kept for no more than 36 months after the last contact, unless an assignment is entrusted to the firm (accounting obligations and limitation periods). It is never sold or used for advertising.
Audience measurement
The website measures its traffic with an in-house tool, without cookies and without any third-party service: pages viewed, source (search engine, social network, direct link), approximate town, device type. Your IP address is never recorded; a visit identifier valid for a single day is calculated and then made unusable. Detailed data are deleted after 25 months. In line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority), this measurement is exempt from consent. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” signals are respected.
YouTube video
The Proov-it page shows a video hosted by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Until you click the play button, nothing is loaded from YouTube: only an image stored on our website is displayed. When you start the video, the YouTube player is loaded from the youtube-nocookie.com domain; YouTube may then collect connection data (IP address, browser) and place cookies or trackers on your device, under its own privacy policy. By clicking play, you accept this; if you do not start the video, no YouTube cookie is placed. Data may be transferred outside the European Union, under the framework provided by Google.
Cookies
The website itself places no advertising or audience measurement cookies. The only third-party content is the YouTube video on the Proov-it page, loaded only when you click play (see above).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent.
